  Another short bike ride over the tracks east of Lagos, around the golf course of Palmares and along the shore lines of Meia Praia, and Alvor estuary , returning over the hills of Vale de Lama..  

  another great ride in the back country, this time I drove with the car to the Baragem and circumnavigated the lake.. 25.4 km in one hour and twenty minutes of riding time,   Loving the outdoors!!
